Apply for Agile Life Coaching

Build a more reliable system for planning, executing, and improving your goals.

Complete the application below to be considered for the Founding Agile Coaching Program. Your responses will help determine whether the coaching structure, meeting cadence, and level of support are a good fit for your needs.

The application should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

What You Are Applying For

The Founding Agile Coaching Program is a three-month private coaching engagement designed to help you turn your priorities into focused, scheduled work.

The program includes:

  • A Quarterly Planning Intensive

  • Four focused 30-minute coaching sessions each week

  • Sprint planning and accountability support

  • Mid-sprint progress reviews

  • Sprint retrospectives

  • Access to the Agile Life Management planning system

  • Limited support between sessions

  • A Quarterly Inspect & Adapt review

The founding-client investment is $750 per month for three months.

Submitting an application does not require payment and does not guarantee acceptance.

This Program May Be a Good Fit If You

  • Are managing several important goals or projects

  • Need greater structure and accountability

  • Frequently overcommit or underestimate your capacity

  • Have difficulty maintaining momentum after creating a plan

  • Are willing to attend multiple short coaching sessions each week

  • Are open to reviewing your habits, decisions, and execution patterns

  • Want a repeatable operating system rather than temporary motivation

This program is best suited for people who are ready to participate actively, complete planning work between sessions, and make changes based on what they learn.

This Program May Not Be the Right Fit If You

  • Are only looking for occasional encouragement

  • Do not have time for regular coaching sessions

  • Want someone else to manage your responsibilities for you

  • Are unwilling to review unfinished work or recurring blockers

  • Are seeking therapy, mental-health treatment, or crisis support

  • Are not prepared to make a three-month commitment

Agile Life Coaching focuses on planning, execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.

What Happens After You Apply

Your application will be reviewed to determine whether the program is a strong fit for your goals, availability, and level of commitment.

If there appears to be a fit, you will receive an invitation to schedule a short consultation. During that conversation, we will discuss your goals, current challenges, expectations, and any questions you have about the program.

If both sides decide to move forward, you will receive:

  • Your coaching agreement

  • A private enrollment and payment link

  • An onboarding questionnaire

  • Instructions for scheduling your first planning session

You will not be charged when you submit this application.

You Do Not Need a Perfect Plan Before You Apply

You only need to be honest about where you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and what has been getting in the way.

The purpose of the application is not to judge how productive you are. It is to determine whether this coaching structure can help you create a more effective and sustainable way to work.
